Taximandu “Drive and Win Bike” Campaign – Terms and Conditions for Riders

1. Eligibility:
   • The promotion is open to all registered drivers on the Taximandu Driver platform who meet the legal requirements for operating a motor vehicle in their respective regions.
2. Campaign Period:
   • The “Drive and Win Bike” campaign will run from 1^st Feb 2024 to 500k completed rieds. Only rides completed within this period will be eligible for the promotion.
3. Participation:
   • To be eligible, drivers must complete a minimum number of rides as specified in the campaign promotional materials during the campaign period.
4. Prize:
   • The grand prize is a brand-new motorcycle, as specified in the campaign promotional materials.
5. Achievement Criteria:
   • Drivers must achieve the minimum ride completion criteria to qualify for entry into the promotion.
   • Each additional completed ride beyond the minimum requirement increases the chances of winning.
6. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.
   • The drawing will take place within 15 days after the campaign concludes.
7. Notification of Winners:
   • Winners will be notified through the contact information associated with their Taximandu driver account within 15 days of the drawing.
   • If a winner cannot be reached within 15 days or is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner may be selected.
8. Verification:
   • Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, valid driver’s license, and eligibility.
   • Failure to provide such proof within a specified timeframe may result in disqualification.
9. Prize Claim:
   • Winners must claim the prize within 15 days of being notified.
   • Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
10. Taxes and Fees:
    • Any taxes or fees associated with the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
11. Publicity:
    • By participating, drivers grant Taximandu the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. General Conditions:
    • Taximandu reserves the right to disqualify any participant or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason.
    • The decisions of Taximandu are final and binding.
13. Modifications:
    • Taximandu reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
