Taximandu “Ride and Win Bike” Campaign – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The promotion is open to all users of the Taximandu app who meet the legal age requirements for motorcycle ownership and operation in their respective regions.
2. Campaign Period:
   • The “Ride and Win Bike” campaign will run from 1^st Feb 2024 to Toll 5 lkah completed ride. Only rides taken within this period will be eligible for the promotion.
3. Participation:
   • Participants must book and complete rides using the Taximandu app during the campaign period to be eligible.
   • Each completed ride will count as one entry into the promotion.
4. Prize:
   • The grand prize is a brand-new motorcycle, as specified in the campaign promotional materials.
5. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.
   • The drawing will take place within 15 days after the campaign concludes.
6. Notification of Winners:
   • The winner will be notified via the contact information associated with their Taximandu account within 7 days of the drawing.
   • If the winner cannot be reached within 15 days or is found to be ineligible, an alternative winner may be selected.
7. Verification:
   • Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.
   • Failure to provide such proof within a specified timeframe may result in disqualification.
8. Prize Claim:
   • The winner must claim the prize within 15 days of being notified.
   • Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Taxes and Fees:
   • Any taxes or fees associated with the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
10. Publicity:
    • By participating, participants grant Taximandu the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. General Conditions:
    • Taximandu reserves the right to disqualify any participant or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason.
    • The decisions of Taximandu are final and binding.
12. Modifications:
    • Taximandu reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
